Refund Policy for Defective Products

  2. Review: We will review your request and, if it meets the requirements, we will send you a confirmation to proceed with the refund.

  3. Return: If it is necessary to return the product, we will provide you with a prepaid return label so you can send it back to us at no additional cost.

  4. Refund: Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will issue a full refund within 5 to 10 business days to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Important Notes:

  • This policy applies only to products with manufacturing defects that have not been used.
  • Products with damages caused by misuse or improper handling are not eligible for a refund.
